After hail or wind, the fight is usually about documentation. Ours holds up.

We walk every face and photograph what we find — impact bruising, lifted tabs, creased ridges — mapped to the compass so an adjuster can follow it.

You get the photo set whether or not you hire us for the rebuild. Filing the claim stays with you, the owner; our job is making sure the record reflects the roof.

If the damage does not justify a claim, the write-up says so. A deductible spent on a roof that had five good years left is not a win.
