Basalt Peak Roofing
How we work
A roof is the one part of the house you cannot easily check on. So the trade runs on trust — and trust runs on documentation, plain language, and the occasional honest no.
Inspection first
Nobody quotes from the driveway. The number comes from the roof walk and the photos it produces — which you get, either way.
The honest no
If a repair is enough, the quote says repair. If a claim is not justified, the write-up says that too. A roofer you believe in year two is worth more than a bigger ticket in year one.
Documentation as habit
Photos before, during, after. Decking counts, material lots, the magnet sweep at cleanup. If it happened on your roof, there is a record of it.
The property is the job site
Tarps over plantings, plywood paths for the dump trailer, a magnet sweep before we leave. The lawn should not remember us.
A fictional roofing company built by Hairbrain Designs to show what a trade site can be. The discipline on display — inspection-first quoting, documentation, a working estimate form — is the real product.
